How it Works

Send document for e-signing with Verified without leaving Lime CRM. After documents have been signed, they will be updated in Lime CRM with the signed document.

Features

  • Send PDF files from Lime CRM to Verified for e-signing.
  • Track status of document in Lime CRM
  • Automatic fetch of signed document to Lime CRM

Example

Start

It is possible to start the process from any card with a document sub tab, e.g., Deal, or directly from a document card.

Start from a deal: Select a pdf in the document explorer and click Send to Verified in the actionpad. Start from Deal

Start from a document which is pdf: Click Send to Verified. Start from Document

Fetch

Status and signed documents are automatically fetched back to Lime CRM. On document in Lime CRM there are two status fields, Verified Status and Last Fetch of Status. These are updated every fetch.

There are 5 status options: Ongoing, Aborted, Rejected, Not found and Signed by all parties.

When status become Signed by all parties, the document in Lime CRM will be replaced by the signed document.

Since Verified doesn't ping Lime CRM when a document changes status. Lime CRM needs to loop a subset of all Ongoing documents every 5 minutes. Therefore, there will be a delay before the status of a document is fecthed. More Ongoing documents equals longer delay.
